  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As banners are custom printed, refunds or returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.
  • We will reprint or refund the item if the fault is ours.
